Information used for estimate requests
The estimate form asks for your name, email address, phone number, property address, requested service, preferred contact method, project description, and consent to be contacted. This information stays in your browser while the website prepares your request.
How the contact form works
When you select “Request my free estimate,” the website prepares an email addressed to Apex Landscaping & Home Repair LLC and opens it in your email application. You must review the message and press Send in your email application to deliver the request. The website cannot confirm whether the message was sent or delivered.
No website database
Estimate-request information is not submitted to a website server or stored in a website database. If you press Send, the resulting email is handled through your email application and becomes an email received by Apex.
How we use information
Information you send is used only to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your requested work, communicate about your project, and maintain reasonable business records. We do not sell your personal information.
Virtual assistant and website hosting
The website host may process ordinary technical information needed to serve the site. Messages you choose to send through the optional virtual assistant may be processed to provide a response. Please do not share sensitive personal, financial, or account information through the assistant.
Retention and security
Apex may retain emails and related business records only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, business, and legal purposes. No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent, subject to any records we must retain.
